Pastry chef Alexandra McDermott crafts exquisite handmade truffles and confectionery in her Bourne End kitchen, using the finest Belgian chocolate and local Guernsey cream from Lacey’s Family Farm in Lane End.
The luxurious sea salt caramels are especially popular, while homemade milk chocolate honeycomb and chocolate-covered marzipan are also firm favourites. And with new truffle flavours introduced every few months, there’s always something different to try!
Pick up a bag of the sweet treat of your choice, or select your own assortment to put together into a custom gift box–perfect for those special occasions. Bespoke orders are welcomed as well, and Alexandra will work with you to develop a truly one-of-a-kind creation.
